Put your Next Event on the Map

For special events, social gatherings or business meetings, our venue event space offers an artful backdrop and modern convenience. A total of 2,300 sq. ft. is available, featuring a main hall with reclaimed wood paneling, a fully equipped commercial kitchen and plenty of free parking.

Rental Request

Event Venue General Information:

Rates for venue rentals on Monday to Thursday start at $750* & Friday to Sunday start at 1,000*

  • Eight (8) hour venue rental. The venue rental shall be for a period of eight (8) consecutive hours, encompassing all necessary activities including, but not limited to, the decoration setup, the event itself, breakdown, and cleaning. This eight-hour period must commence and conclude within the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the day of the rental.
  • Seating for up to 140
  • 72” round tables (seat 10 each)
  • Black Resin Chiavari chairs with plush cushions
  • High-speed wi-fi
  • Blackout blinds
  • Catering Kitchen (use of refrigerator, freezer, Icemaker, and warming ovens)

*Nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 10% discount.

Things to know before renting the venue space:

  • Retainer: A reservation retainer is required in advance to successfully hold the venue date. The reservation retainer is 50% of the rental rate and is non-refundable.
  • Security: The Public Safety Officer rate is$360.00. A Town of Ridgeland Public Safety Officer is required for an event if alcohol (beer, wine or liquor) is served.
  • Security Deposit: $250.00. Should damage greater than the required security deposit occurs, the Lessee(s) will be held liable for the excess of all cost for the damage incurred. Security deposits are refundable and shall be refunded within 30 days.
  • Venue Insurance: Starting rate $75.00 and up. Special Event Liability Insurance is required for ALL venue rentals and is due to the Lessor no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event date.

À la carte item (available at additional costs).

  • Additional Venue Rental Hours ($125/hour) Any request for extended hours beyond the agreed-upon rental period must be documented as an addendum to the Venue Rental Agreement and the corresponding fees paid in full no less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
  • 30 in. Hi-Top Tables with Black Linen ($25/each)
  • 6 ft. Rectangle Tables ($25/each)
  • Black Tablecloths ($20/each)


Corporate Meeting General Information

Rates for corporate meeting venue rentals are:

  • Hourly Rate: $175
  • Three Hour Rate: $375

Corporate meetings are to be scheduled exclusively during the standard business hours Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5PM.

The following items shall be included in the rental rate:

  • Up to 14 – Herman Miller 4 ft. (total of 10) & 5 ft. (total of 4) rectangular tables (indoor use only).
  • Up to 46 – Herman Miller chairs with wheels (indoor use only).
  • Projector
  • Screen
